CHAPTER CHARTER

Let it be known, that the chapter of _______________________________ Area does hereby confirm it’s commitment to ABATE OF LOUISIANA INC, for the year of 20____.

This chapter does signify that said chapter will;

1. Uphold all By-laws, guidelines and directives set forth by the State Board directors, of ABATE of LOUISIANA, INC.;

2. Will support the goals of achievement for promoting better legislation for for motorcycling and motorcyclists;

3. Will support the State Board of ABATE OF LOUISIANA by insuring proper representation for their chapter at the State Board level;

4. Will insure that all moneys earmarked for the state board will be properly forward to the State Board Treasurer;

5. Will make certain that all reports and documents are forwarded to the State Board Secretary in a timely manner.
